Department of Public Policy, Law and Governance is one of the very progressive departments in the School of Social Sciences as regards getting projects from external agencies. Nearly 50% of the total Project Money of the School is with the Department Faculty Members. The Faculty Members have received funds from UGC, ICSSR, the National Commission of Women (NCW), IMPRESS-ICSSR. Besides, Several Faculty Members in their academic journey have managed research projects from prestigious international agencies like UN, OXFAM, WaterAid, CDKN, IDRC-Canda, Ethiopian Civil Services University, etc.

Dr. Gyana Ranjan Panda, The Study of Gender Biases in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs): Gender Audit of State Universities in Rajasthan. Status: Completed. Donor: National Commission for Women. Position: Principal Investigator. Funding Amount: 3.33 lakhs.
